Hi everyone!havaianas flip flops is start to have a LOW QUALITY of product because of my 12 pairs of slippers 7 of them are broke the strap and i suddenly ask all flip flops store mall of asia then i talked to melan mariano then she told that they are not accepting repair or replacement of my slippers strap and she did not answer my questions regarding my flip flops. I felt PISS OFF because she decline me she did not ofer anything and she arrogant and sarcastic person. I go home and tell my self that i will not buy again havaianas because of the low quality and also POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE…
KOREK!!! because i have also high metalic gold nahati sa gitna and i bought it december 2008 and i often used my havaianas high then nahati sa gitna noon last january 29,2009 i remember kasi birthday ng kumare ko at doon pa mismo sa party nahati. hiyang hiya ako kasi pinahiram ako ng kumare ko ng banana peel mas comfortable pa nga iyon eh.The next day nagpunta ako sa glorietta para ipapalit yung havaianas high tapos nakausap ko yung isang staff doon na hindi daw cla nag rerepair o nagrerepalce kasi nagamit ko na daw yung item.Ang sabi ko sa staff baka pwede nilang palitan kasi 1month k palang nagamit.ayaw talaga nilang palitan.nakakainis nga 1,295 nga bili ko doon tapos ganun lang pala mabilis masira.di na ako bibili ng havaianas
