The first thing I remembered when I saw this Prada thigh high boots from Milan Fashion Week was this one episode in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation where the CSI’s used this high waisted boots to “jump” in a pool of water with leeches.
The next thing that came up to my mind was those undies with garter belts. But I do not find this sexy at all.
