Today is reported to be the most depressing day in history.  To negate the feeling, lets add some color in our shoes for this first day of the week.

This D&G by Dolce & Gabbana Lucy Bi-Color Pump with eyelet detailing comes in beige and white with a tie. Cute because it seems like a shoe of a school girl minus the (approximately) 3 inch heels. Neutral because of the color combination, light and easy on the eyes. And simple because of the simple details used to make the shoes look less ordinary. Combined with light colored pants or skirt suit, this I think is the perfect work wear attire to negate the gloomy weather we currently have.

For some, like those people here in our country, waking up this morning surely is not easy after almost having a two week holiday vacation.  But hey! It’s Monday, first work and the first Monday of the year. Lets make it right by spicing up today’s Monday shoes.  Lets put aside the basic shade of colors of Red, Black, Brown and or White for work wear Monday.  But let us not get too excited and pimp colors for our special day.

It’s Monday again and it’s Christmas week. Lets celebrate this week with the color red even though I think most people are now on vacation but still there are some who are reporting for office perhaps for their last day of work for the year.

Not being bias but I currently have a thing for oxford shoes and this one is no exemption.
