The Body Shop Peppermint Cooling Foot Spray refresh and revives ones hot, tired and aching feet with an instant pick-me-up of cooling, deodorizing peppermint.

I first encountered this product when I was working for my first job.  What’s the significance?  The first company I worked for annually held a Bowling Tournament for its employees. This was also the time I was first introduced to the sport. Not counting the kiddie tenpin experience I had when I was a kid.

Being an OC person that I am, I always carry this Body Shop Peppermint Cooling Foot Spray with me whenever there’s a Bowling Tournament or a just-for-fun Bowling game with my friends. Besides using it to revive my hot, tired, aching feet, I also use it as a foot and shoe perfume. I know it wouldn’t really eliminate germs but at least I have this instant feeling of having a fresher feet.

How about you guys, what are your instant foot relieving/foot perfume accessory you tend to carry wherever you are, care to share?

Not that I have a problem keeping my feet fresh, I was more interested in the cushion pad which will “provide comfort during long hours of active wear” according on the label.

Besides providing comfort:

The verdict. It did minimize the discomfort I always tend to feel on my sole because of wearing high heels. Plus the cushioning gives the comfort of having your foot steady and not sliding down the shoe. I don’t know if it’s just me but have you noticed that the higher your heels are, the more the feet tends to slide down uncomfortably sometimes?  Pardon the sample I got (shown in picture), I should have gotten my self the thong one, might be perfect for any shoe type. Got to test the nude color and had no problem concealing it since I was wearing pants that time I tried it.
