[gallery] I have been looking for that perfect flat boots since May but unfortunately, I haven't found that one yet.  Perhaps, the fact that it's impractical to wear here in our country makes me find every boots I encounter imperfect.  Shallow as it may seem but this was one of the reasons why I am eager to be in a 4-climate weathered country. The chance of wearing coats, scarves, gloves
