This reminds me of my first ever Nine West sandals minus the ankle/heel straps.  That was way back in 2000.  It was really comfy to wear and gives you a little height without feeling it. Fashion always goes on evolution and that’s one reason we should take good care of our belongings since maybe after a decade, who knows, you might find a need to wear it again. ;) *Photo
